seeds for hormonal support

So many clients ask about support for reproductive hormones. The hormonal cycle of bodies that menstruate is complex, intricate, and elegant. It provides so much balance and so many teachings and it can easily get off balance.

This is true for any part of the endocrine system of glands in the body. From the pituitary, which I consider the wise elder gland, to the adrenals, which Chinese Medicine calls ‘the oil lamps of the soul’, the glandular system is foundational to maintaining balance and highly sensitive to states of imbalance.

If health is a changing state of balance, then glandular support is essential to maintaining and restoring health.

Try this time-tested tradition of seed cycling to bring balance to reproductive glands and the hormones they secrete such as estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone.
