Delicious Breakfast Bread
This bread is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients. It’s filling, nourishing, and makes and excellent autumn breakfast.
BREAKFAST BREAD
You will need:
2 cups almond flour
1/4½cup arrowroot powder
2 tablespoons. flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2½cup mixed seeds, such as pumpkin or sunflower, divided
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4½teaspoon sea salt
4 eggs
1/4¼cup olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients in the order listed and mix until they are well combined.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
Bake the bread for 35 minutes, or until it's golden brown and a knife inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Turn the bread onto a wire rack and let it cool.
